Our roster is diverse and dynamic— some teammates perform with us nearly every weekend, while others are engaged only a few times per year, depending on degree of specialty and fit. Each artist contributes uniquely to the overall integrity of our brand.
All performers must maintain current performance insurance. This is non-negotiable and reflects the professional standard we uphold across all productions. We also require a completed W-9 form to process payroll. We do not offer cash or off-the-books work.
As an artist-forward brand, we insist on maintaining a positive, supportive, and drama-free culture. We ask that all greenroom and backstage conversations remain encouraging, professional, and free of personal conflicts. We work too hard to let unprofessionalism distract us from the excellence we strive for.
We are always honored when people are inspired by our work and wish to explore what we do, but please note that we do not offer training programs, internships, or unpaid work. Our engagements are strictly professional and compensated accordingly.
